ABOUT ME

Jenny Farrell BA (Hons); GDipCX; Certified Trainer

​​A recent graduate from Le Cordon Bleu (2023), and a qualified trainer, my passion for the Customer Experience has continued to grow resulting in my achieving a Graduate Diploma in Customer Experience.  I firmly believe that many pub companies are missing the point with their Customer Experience training and so I have used my passion for pubs and the Customer Experience to create a tailor made course for Front of House team members.

​​Having over twenty-five years in the licensed trade working as a business owner, tenant, consultant, internal auditor, fraud investigator, trainer, and general manager, there is very little I have not encountered within the trade, although I firmly believe that every day is a day at school. Having won numerous awards, including Pub of the Year, Food Pub of the Year, and Outstanding Contribution to a Business two years in a row, my experience has given me a full 360-degree insight into the day-to-day needs and pressures faced by the licensed trade.  My prior experience as a recruitment operations and training manager in the City has allowed me an invaluable insight into training and the running of a business, so, coupled with my extensive experience in the licensed trade, I am well equipped to offer training and guidance to you and your teams. ​
